Delivery and returns Product orders in stock are usually dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of your valid payment. Shipping fees vary depending on delivery address and how many products you are ordering. The 'Estimate Shipping' tool in your shopping basket allows you to calculate delivery prior to purchase. Estimated delivery times for all products in stock are: Within the UK - 3 - 4 days. Within EU - 5 - 10 days. Rest of the world - 10 - 15 days. We will let you know as soon as your order is dispatched. Delivery charges are not included in the product prices seen in our shop and will be added to your total at checkout. Due to ease of copying CD's /DVD's once opened will not be refunded. However any CD or DVD found to be faulty and returned within 7 days of receipt would be replaced with the same title.
